LE PETIT ÉTOILE Sparkling Mini is an alcohol- and sulphite-free berry drink, vegan and produced using organic farming methods. Elegant, " Made In France" and with a unique taste!

Its pale yellow color is enriched by fine, persistent bubbles with vivid, silvery reflections. Its aroma combines crisp aromas of green apple and white pear with floral, citrus and buttery notes .

During its production, after picking and crushing , it is soaked on cold skins (4°C) for 8 hours, before pressing, to extract beneficial compounds from the grapes, such as polyphenols and tannins. Similar to champagne, an extract made from organic Chardonnay must is added before bottling . The pressure is achieved by injecting natural carbon dioxide at low temperatures.

This elegant mini bottle is ideal for both small and large occasions.
