Le Petit Étoilé Rose is a non-alcoholic drink made from organic grapes.

The nose reveals fruity aromas of red berries , such as currants, blackcurrants and raspberries. Floral and spicy notes harmonize the whole. With gourmet aromas of pink grapefruit , the taste is elegant and fresh.

 Production:

The grape skins are peeled and then cold-soaked (at 4°C), a process that takes about 8 hours. This process is done before pressing to extract beneficial elements such as tannins and polyphenols from the grapes.

The complexity of its aromas is achieved by breeding organic sprouts and French oak extracts.
