Le Petit Étoilé Rose is an organic vintage without alcohol.

 On the nose we find fruity aromas of red berries such as gooseberry, blackcurrant and raspberry. Floral and spicy notes harmonize the whole. The mouth with the gourmet aromas of pink grapefruit is elegant and full of freshness.

 Production: After scraping and fouling, a film maceration is carried out cold (4°C). Maceration, which extends over 8 hours, is carried out before pressing in order to extract beneficial compounds from grapes such as polyphenols, tannins...

The aromatic complexity is obtained by breeding in the form of infusions of organic seeds and French oak.
