Le Petit Étoilé Chardonnay is an alcohol-free organic vintage that is distinguished by its pale yellow color, green reflections and crystal clearness.

 The nose reveals aromas of acacia flowers and white pear mixed with subtle lemon and vanilla touches.

 The mouth has a beautiful acidic aromatic freshness, of an infinite length.

Elaboration: After scraping and fouling, a film maceration is carried out cold (4°C). Maceration, which extends over 8 hours, is carried out before pressing in order to extract beneficial compounds from grapes such as polyphenols, tannins... The aromatic complexity is obtained by breeding in the form of infusions of organic seeds and French oak.
