Bella Aperitiv Spritz – The taste of sunset

Bella Aperitiv Spritz is the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Its vibrant orange hue and complex, simultaneously sweet yet bitter character bring the atmosphere of Northern Italian terraces to you. It's a perfect choice for a casual chat with friends or as an opener for an elegant garden reception. Serve with olives, roasted almonds, or some aged cheese.

Ingredients:

• 30 ml BELLA Glamour ZeroZero - non-alcoholic prosecco
• 30 ml BELLA Aperitiv Spritz - non-alcoholic aperitif
• 60 ml soda water
• 1 slice of orange – for garnish

Preparation:

1. Fill a large goblet with ice.
2. Pour in the BELLA Aperitiv Spritz non-alcoholic aperitif, then the BELLA Glamour ZeroZero non-alcoholic prosecco.
3. Add a splash of soda.
4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
5. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Virgin Hugo – The scent of a spring breeze

Light, floral, and infinitely fresh. In this drink, the sweetness of elderflower, the bubbles of prosecco, and the piquancy of mint and lime are perfectly combined. Ingredients:

• 100 ml CHAVIN Le Petit Étoilé Sparkling - non-alcoholic sparkling wine
• 20 ml elderflower syrup or essence
• 30 ml soda water
• Fresh mint leaves and lime slices

Preparation:

1. Place the mint leaves at the bottom of a wide glass and gently muddle them with a bar spoon.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add the elderflower syrup, then top with BELLA Glamour ZeroZero and soda.
4. Add the lime slices and stir gently.

Sento Vivo tip: Don't crush the mint completely, just release its oils – this way the drink remains clear, but its aroma is wonderfully expressed.

Gin and Tonic Mocktail – Botanical freshness

For those who prefer a drier, spicier direction, the virgin gin and tonic, infused with juniper and herbs, is the best fit. A splendid choice for more robust, spicier snacks or even a light grilled dinner.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml non-alcoholic gin spirit
• 120 ml dry tonic
• Thinly sliced cucumber
• A few juniper berries or pink peppercorns

Preparation:

1. Chill the glass, then fill it with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the non-alcoholic spirit.
3. Carefully add the tonic by pouring it down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles.
4. Add the cucumber and spices.

Sento Vivo tip: Create a spiral shape from the cucumber and place it in the glass; this will make your drink look much more elegant. A sprig of rosemary can make your cocktail even more characteristic and special.
