The most stylish mocktails of the season

With the arrival of warmer weather, social life moves out onto terraces and into gardens. This is when large glasses, fruity or bitter liqueurs, proseccos, rosé wines, and spices make their appearance, and cocktail season begins. Sunshine, laughter, friends, and barbecue parties with a refreshing mocktail in hand – what more could you ask for!

To create a professional cocktail experience, you don't need complex mixology knowledge or special bar equipment. The basis of home cocktail making is, on the one hand, daring to experiment, and on the other hand, using quality ingredients.

When preparing mocktails, i.e., non-alcoholic cocktails, the latter condition is particularly important, especially if the goal is an elegant and layered 0% drink composition. Sento Vivo's spirits, non-alcoholic aperitifs, wines, and sparkling wines provide a perfect base for popular non-alcoholic cocktails, for which we have brought some recipes.

Bella Aperitiv Spritz The taste of sunset

Bella Aperitiv Spritz is the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Its vibrant orange hue and complex, simultaneously sweet yet bitter character bring the atmosphere of Northern Italian terraces to you. It's a perfect choice for a casual chat with friends or as an opener for an elegant garden reception. Serve with olives, roasted almonds, or some aged cheese.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Fill a large goblet with ice.
  2. Pour in the BELLA Aperitiv Spritz non-alcoholic aperitif, then the BELLA Glamour ZeroZero non-alcoholic prosecco.
  3. Add a splash of soda.
  4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Sento Vivo tip: Use a large wine glass, as this will best showcase the beautiful color of the drink and the fizz of the prosecco.

Virgin Hugo The scent of a spring breeze

Light, floral, and infinitely fresh. In this drink, the sweetness of elderflower, the bubbles of prosecco, and the piquancy of mint and lime are perfectly combined. It is an excellent accompaniment to light spring salads and fresh goat cheese. An ideal choice for an afternoon read on a sun-drenched terrace or a friendly brunch.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place the mint leaves at the bottom of a wide glass and gently muddle them with a bar spoon.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add the elderflower syrup, then top with BELLA Glamour ZeroZero and soda.
  4. Add the lime slices and stir gently.

Sento Vivo tip: Don't crush the mint completely, just release its oils – this way the drink remains clear, but its aroma is wonderfully expressed.

Gin and Tonic Mocktail Botanical freshness

For those who prefer a drier, spicier direction, the virgin gin and tonic, infused with juniper and herbs, is the best fit. A splendid choice for more robust, spicier snacks or even a light grilled dinner.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Chill the glass, then fill it with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the non-alcoholic spirit.
  3. Carefully add the tonic by pouring it down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Add the cucumber and spices.

Sento Vivo tip: Create a spiral shape from the cucumber and place it in the glass; this will make your drink look much more elegant. A sprig of rosemary can make your cocktail even more characteristic and special.

Let the warm spring evenings enchant you – and the perfect companion for this is a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. Surprise your friends, loved ones, or yourself with it, and enjoy the crystal-clear world of mocktails the next day, without compromise.
